It all started in 2016...
Zephyrhills Brewing Company was the first brewery in East Pasco County, Florida when it opened its doors in the fall of 2016.
Brewing all the beers on tap in-house in small batch kettles. This allows us to experiment with different styles of beer as well as flavor profiles, providing a variety of beers at great prices!
We have prided ourselves on creating a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere that welcomes everyone. Dogs oftentimes bring their owners to sit out on our patio.

Pranav and Jeena Patel
Pranav and Jeena became owners in September 2024. They look forward to keeping ZBC the brewery that you love.
Ted Talbert
Ted joined ZBC during the fall of 2020. Steve needed help due to a back issue and Ted volunteered to help. He did so well, he was offered a full time job. Ted has been a long time home brewer and has a passion for beer. The job of brewer is a perfect fit for him and he has been loving the career change!
Ted is also currently the president of the ZZ Taps Home brew club that meets at ZBC.
